How is the website development services charge?
We are charging for one-time payment on a website design and development services. And for the recurring, you only need to pay for the domain and web hosting renewal fee.
When can I view the mockup design?
Mockup design will take from 3 to 7 working days. We will provide you with 2 different versions of home page mockup design for you to choose from.
When can I view my first draft website?
We will kickstart the website development upon mockup confirmation.
Website development will take from 14 to 21 working days, depending on the package that you have subscribed.
Upon the delivery of the draft website, you must inform us of all the revisions / amendments required within the 14 working days. If you fail to contact us within 14 working days, we will request 30% to 50% of the payment based on the project's total amount before start any amendment request.

Once the website draft is ready, how many rounds of website revision are allowed?
The revision range is between 2 to 5 rounds, depending on the package that you have subscribed.
Can I request the website revision again after confirmed and published the website?
Yes, we will charge you under the maintenance hour after website is confirmed and published.
Can I update the website myself after published?
Yes, we will provide you an access to our Content Management System (CMS), which allow you to update your existing content, add in new pages or perform any other task.
Is the package including any domain and web hosting?
No, they are excluded in our package. We can help you to set it up whenever necessary, but you will need to pay the additional cost for both domain and web hosting.
I have an existing domain and hosting, can I continue to use that?
Yes, of course. We can migrate the website over to your existing hosting once it is confirmed, and domain can remain the same as what you have currently.
Could I request for refund?
No refund is allowed after confirmation and payment.
